Contract Agreement between PlanktonB and [Business Name]
This Contract Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between PlanktonB (hereinafter referred to as “PB”) and [Business Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Business”) on this [Date].
- Purpose:
- PB is organising a captivating and future treasure hunt, “The Big Blue Whale Treasure Hunt,” to raise awareness for ocean education and conservation. The Business agrees to participate in the treasure hunt by displaying a poster outside their premises and promoting it on their social media platforms at a given set date and time to draw maximum exposure to the business.
- Fee and Payment:
- The Business agrees to pay PB a fee of £300.00 for the placement of the limited edition “The Big Blue Whale Treasure Hunt” poster. The payment shall be made in full prior to the start of the treasure hunt. The fee will be directed towards supporting PB’s ocean education initiatives and directly contributing to ocean projects.
- Poster Placement and Social Media Promotion:
- a. The Business shall prominently display “The Big Blue Whale Treasure Hunt” poster provided by PB outside their premises during the designated dates of the treasure hunt. Showcasing their commitment to ocean conservation and making a difference. With only 300 posters available and 20 unique designs, this rare poster adds value and exclusivity to their premises.
- b. The Business agrees to actively promote “The Big Blue Whale Treasure Hunt” on their social media platforms, at a given date and time with the social media post provided before the event goes live. They shall tag PB and other participating businesses, amplifying the collective impact.
- c. To engage customers and drive footfall, the Business shall offer a special discount that will also be displayed on the PB website with the business name and location, to individuals who photograph the poster, share it on social media, tag both the Business and PB, and visit their venue. By incentivising participation, engagement and drives footfall. The Business contributes to a memorable and rewarding treasure hunt experience
- Confirmation of Participation:
- PB will notify the Business of the confirmed dates for “The Big Blue Whale Treasure Hunt.” The Business will have confirmed their participation upon purchasing one or more of the “The Big Blue Treasure Hunt’ posters and securing their spot in the treasure hunt.
- Rights and Obligations:
- a. PB reserves the right to select and provide the exclusive “The Big Blue Treasure Hunt” poster design, ensuring its uniqueness and alignment with the treasure hunt theme.
- b. PB reserves the right to modify the design and content of the poster for optimal visibility and branding.
- b. The Business agrees to handle the poster with care, protecting it from damage or weathering during the designated period, as it serves as a visual representation of the treasure hunt and their commitment to ocean conservation.
- c. PB retains the right to feature the Business’s participation in promotional materials, including but not limited too, both online and offline platforms, press releases, and social media, providing additional exposure for the Business.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing with prior notice of [ 30 days ] before the designated start of “The Big Blue Whale Treasure Hunt.”
- Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Kingdom], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Entire Agreement:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between PB and the Business, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
- In witness whereof, the authorised representatives of the parties have executed this Contract Agreement as of the date first written above.
